Interface to retrieve a CSV file when desired

Context

You recently launched a campaign for MiniBooks at Appvizer. Also, you want to retrieve your leads generated from this regular campaign in CSV format whenever you want. If this is your situation, then this solution is for you.

Indeed, at Appvizer, we offer various solutions allowing the recovery of leads generated via campaigns. However, this solution is the only one that will allow you to retrieve your leads in CSV format whenever you want.

Pre-configuration

First, we will present the steps that will allow you to obtain your credentials. They will allow you to obtain access to the interface from which you can retrieve all of your leads in CSV format over the period of your choice.

The steps in the process of obtaining credentials are as follows:

• To begin, you will need to provide an email address to our services. We recommend choosing a service email address or at least one that will not change in the event of the departure of an employee.
• Our services will then send you an invitation by email containing a magic connection link which will only give you access to the password modification page. This email will look like this:

• Once you change the password, you will be redirected to the login page. All you have to do is enter your email address and the password you have just changed in order to connect.
• We recommend that you write down this password and keep it safe even if you can change it by asking for a password change link.

There are two features on the "Login" page:

As for the majority of applications for which we find login credentials, here we use an email and password.

Previously, you will have configured your password and saved it somewhere.

To connect, all you have to do is enter your email in the "Email address" field and your password in the "Password" field. You will then click on the "LOGIN" button and you will finally be connected to the interface!

Password recovery

In the event that you do not remember your password, you can always request a password recovery link which will allow you to modify it.

In order to be able to request this link, you will need to enter your email address in the "Email address" field and click on the "RESET PASSWORD" button. You will then receive an email containing a link to the change password page. This email will look like this:

⚠️ The link contained in the email will expire after one hour.

By clicking on the "Reset Password" link in this email, you will be redirected to the password modification page:

This page will allow you to define your password, you will have one hour from the reception of the email to modify it.

ℹ️ We specify that access to the change password page is only possible from the initial invite link, password recovery button or magic links. If you access this page via the url only, then the modification request will have no impact on your password.

Leads Page

There are several features on the "Leads" page:

• logout
• view all leads
• filter leads over a period
• export leads with or without period in CSV format

Logout

To log out, you can click on the "LOGOUT" button in the menu. This action will log you out and redirect you to the "Login" page.

View all leads

In the "Search Result" table, you will see all of your leads from current and previous campaigns.

The columns of the table correspond to the different fields of your present and past Mini-Book campaign forms with Appvizer.

Filter leads over a period

You can add a filter by period. This will allow you to retrieve leads between two dates but also before or after a date depending on what you have entered.

Exports leads in CSV format

You can export leads in CSV format. When you click on the button, all leads will be retrieved (all columns included), unless you have previously applied a filter by period. In the latter case, the CSV file will only contain leads that meet the criteria of this filter by period.
