Context

If you have launched a Minibook campaign at Appvizer and you want your leads to be injected directly into your system from Appvizer, then this solution is for you.

ℹ️ We specify that your access codes, authentication tokens or other data concerning your system will simply be used in an AWS lambda function for the implementation of your solution.

Contact process

In the form, you will provide the information of your company's contact to our business. When our services have taken note of your request and have considered the solution, one of our technical team members will contact you to discuss the process that will be set in motion and to request access to your system.

The process should be the following:

  • Form submitted by your services,
  • Reception of the request at Appvizer,
  • Acknowledgment of the request and implementation of the proposed solution,
  • From there we can see two paths:
    • A solution has been found, our services contact your company's contact to discuss the follow-up.
    • No solution has been found, our services contact your company's contact to give the reason why we cannot follow up on your request and to see if another proposed solution could be suitable.
  • So if a solution is found, the process continues with, firstly, the details of the process, followed by the implementation of the solution either by email or during a Gmeet organised by email.
  • Two cases :
    • With credentials : Our services request access to your system and additional information depending on the solution found.
    • Without credentials : Exchange of documentation and assistance in setting up an AWS function allowing access to your system for sending leads.
  • Implementation of the solution with feedback given at each stage.
